Kelly, 33, says she was "confused" when Katie described her as “big” after seeing pictures of her modelling her latest bikini collection.
Kelly announced her split from boyfriend Thom Evans last week and it's since been reported that she's been spending time with ex Danny Cipriani and convicted murderer Chris Paciello.
Katie - who's also been linked to Danny, 25 - reckons Kelly's apparent weight gain might have something to do with their rumoured reconciliation.
In a nasty attack, Katie, also known as Jordan, accused her of comfort eating after being linked to her ex Danny Cipriani recently.
Now Kelly has told of her disappointment at her rival’s comments, saying she doesn’t feel women should talk about one another in such a way.
She said: “I was really disappointed when I heard what had been said. It is unladylike as far as I’m concerned for another woman to say that sort of thing publicly about another woman.
“I wasn’t angry with what she said, just confused. I definitely don’t look like a heifer and it’s not something I am going to lose any sleep over.
“I was only angry because the comments put a dampener on such an amazing trip to Miami to shoot by New Look campaign.
